Pseudorandom (server software pseudorandom, but good enough for everyday stuff, methinks) words chosen from a list of over 19,000 words combined from some diceware word list words.
A pseudorandom number and symbol added for you to use as you see fit.
Some of the words are numbers, or have numbers in them. The single number is in the range 0..9. Symbols sometimes come in pairs.
The one time pad type thing is for anything you want it to do.
Not all login systems accept all of the symbols. The symbols above may, or may not, be suitable for your use.
I'm not suggesting that 7 words are always necessary. Use as many of the words as you want.
If you cut, paste, print, (and why not): use a monospaced font to keep the pad alignment.
